Our Warranty & Damage Policy
We recognize the frustration that comes with receiving a damaged item, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Splash Jewelry & Accessories. For this reason, we offer comprehensive warranty and damage protection for all your orders. When your payment is made through Splash Jewelry & Accessories, you have the peace of mind knowing that it is covered by our 120-day warranty. Please note all third-party purchases are unfortunately not covered under our policy and require inquiry through the retailer directly. Within this period, if your jewelry becomes damaged, we provide a replacement of the same item. Additionally, under certain circumstances, we may be able to repair the damaged item for you. In cases over 120-days or where a replacement is unavailable, our customer service team, at their discretion, may offer other options. Please email us at: hello@splashjewels.com with your concerns. Please note that each order and item qualify for only one replacement, damage claim, or warranty claim.
The warranty period commences once your tracking status reflects "delivered," and it is essential to contact us within 120 days to commence the claims process.
