What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
When you place your order, a pending charge will show on your account during processing. Once your order has shipped, this charge will post to your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Since orders are processed as quickly as possible, we cannot make any changes to your order once it has been submitted. Keep in mind that we’re not able to cancel orders that include engraved items since they are already processed. Should you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at (786) 503-1828 or email us at: email@example.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Please click here or visit the Gifts section of our website. Please note gift card purchases are final sale.
Can I include a gift receipt?
Absolutely! Simply add your request along with any special notes you’d like included in your order in the gift message/notes field at checkout. Additionally, our team will include a gift receipt with no pricing in the package.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Of course we can! Each order arrives carefully packaged in a custom pouch. If you would like your order gift wrapped, we highly recommend purchasing one of our luxury gift boxes. Keep in mind that unless mentioned in the gift field, the name of the purchaser will be added to the thank you card. You can add a personalized note in the gift message field at checkout or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
Where is my order?
We know you are excited to receive your new jewelry, and we try to get every order out as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track it.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed Tuesday – Saturday, within 2 business days of receipt. Most orders are processed same day. During our busiest times, this may take an additional day or two. Please note that special orders, custom orders, pre-orders and out of stock items will have a longer processing time. All Charm Bar orders are considered custom orders. All orders are shipped from Miami, FL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check your junk mail, as they could end up in there sometimes.

How much is shipping?
Splash offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Orders usually ship via USPS First Class, with an option to upgrade. Please contact us for more information at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Is signature required on shipping? Can you ship to a PO Box?
Shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, unless requested. All PO Box orders will ship via USPS.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Only orders shipped within Florida, will be subject to sales tax. All other US states do not pay sales tax.
For international orders there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. We do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
I received the wrong order, or my piece is defective. What should I do?
Our apologies in advance should this happen! Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and order date. Should the piece be defective, please include a photo of the area in question. We will do our best to address the issue promptly.
What’s your return policy?
For purchases made online, you may return eligible* item(s) within 7 days of delivery date for an exchange, store credit or a refund** of the purchase price. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card code and do not expire. We are unable to refund original shipping fees and/or duties on any order. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
For purchases made in-person at our retail locations, trunk shows or popups, you may return eligible* item(s) within 7 days from date of purchase for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card code and do not expire. We cannot issue a refund.
*Eligible item(s) are full priced items. Purchases made during site-wide/in-store sale, with a discount code or at a discounted rate of 20% and above are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Last Chance items, gift cards, custom & special orders are final sale.
**Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted at processing.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect all items for signs of wear or damage. If the item is returned in-store, a sales associate may deem an inspection by quality control is needed. Splash Island Life items such as candles, oils, hats, t shirts & towels must be new, unused, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached or safety seal unopened. We are not responsible for washed items. If our quality control team deems that your item(s) has been worn, misused, or altered, we cannot accept the return/exchange. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Should your refund be declined, you will be notified via email.
Are your diamonds conflict free?
Yes! In 2002, a coalition of governments, non-governmental organizations, and the diamond industry established the Kimberley Process to control the export and import of rough diamonds to eliminate the trade in conflict diamonds. We make sure that our suppliers follow these rules, and have ethical practices. We are also members of The Jewelers Board of Trade.
Can jewelry cause allergies?
Gold might have certain alloys that may cause allergies for people allergic to copper, silver or zinc. Keep this in mind if you have allergies to any of these metals. How should I store my jewelry?
Your jewelry should be kept in a clean and dry place, such as a jewelry box, a case that is fabric lined, jewelry pouch or a ring tray. With your purchase from Splash Jewelry & Accessories, you will receive a special pouch or box that is designed to protect your jewelry. These pouches are a great way to store your jewelry. Always store each necklace separate. This will help to keep your necklaces from tangling.
Will perfume harm my jewelry?
Rule of thumb, make it habit for your jewelry to be the last piece you put on before walking out the door. Avoid direct contact with personal care products, hairspray and perfume. Although it won’t permanently damage your jewelry, these products can get stuck into the crevices and form a film that may make your precious gems and metals look dull and dingy.
Can I wear my jewelry to the beach or in the water?
At Splash Jewelry & Accessories, we love our beach days, but just like it can harm our skin with too much exposure, it can also damage jewelry over time. Although our pieces are made with the highest quality materials, we highly recommended you remove your jewelry before swimming or bathing. If you do decide to wear jewelry on those sun-filled days, please rinse them with fresh water and pat dry before that sun sets and follow the tips below.
Most of our Sterling Silver is plated in either rhodium (which is made from platinum), or 18kt yellow or rose gold. This gives an extra protection to Sterling Silver. Although our Sterling Silver pieces will not change color, please understand that seawater is very corrosive. This is true for anything that saltwater comes in contact with, time after time. Avoiding seawater when wearing Sterling Silver, or even our Gold pieces is the best option. But If you desire to wear your pieces, be it Sterling Silver, 14kt or 18kt Gold in the ocean, we highly suggest you thoroughly rinse them with fresh water after every ocean-filled day.
Pools and hot tubs have many chemicals that can degrade all jewelry to the point of disintegration. These chemicals can even damage and discolor precious metals like gold and platinum. When Sterling Silver is exposed to chlorine, it is not uncommon for it to tarnish and turn black. If Sterling Silver does get wet, don’t fret! Simply rinse in fresh water and pat dry as quickly as possible.
Additionally, chemicals can erode a gemstone’s polish and finish, so you’ll definitely want to remove your gemstone jewelry before making a Splash this summer. While that won’t happen quickly, if you plan on spending all summer poolside you may want to consider leaving jewelry at home.
