Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Splash Jewelry & Accessories. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please continue reading below.

For purchases made online, you may submit a written request for an exchange or refund of eligible* item(s) within 7 days of delivery date for an exchange, store credit or a refund** of the purchase price.  Once approved, you will have 7 days to ship the item(s) back. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card code and do not expire. Please note, purchases made with store credits in the form of a gift card are not eligible for a refund back to any other form of payment.  We are unable to refund original shipping fees and/or duties on any order. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

*Eligible item(s) are full priced items.  Purchases made during site-wide/in-store sale, with a discount code or at a discounted rate of 20% and above are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Last Chance items, gift cards, custom & special orders are final sale. 

**Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted at processing. Please note, purchases made with store credits in the form of a gift card are not eligible for a refund back to any other form of payment.

For purchases made in-person at our retail locations, trunk shows or popups, you may return eligible* item(s) within 7 days from date of purchase for an exchange or store credit of the purchase price.  Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card code and do not expire.  We cannot issue a refund.

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect all items for signs of wear or damage.  If the item is returned in-store, a sales associate may deem an inspection by quality control is needed.  Splash Island Life items such as candles, oils, hats, t shirts & towels must be new, unused, unworn, and unaltered with tags attached or safety seal unopened. We are not responsible for washed items. If our quality control team deems that your item(s) has been worn, misused, or altered, we cannot accept the return/exchange.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Should your refund be declined, you will be notified via email. 

How to return your item(s)


    • Contact us.  Once received, a return authorization form will be sent via email.  This form must be enclosed with your package.

       

      • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Include return authorization, parts, and accessories. Please take extra care to avoid revealing the contents of the shipment. Should you not have the original packing, we recommend using a solid shipping mailer to protect the identity of the item(s).

         

        • Ensure the shipping label is adhered secure the package. Please make sure the address to which it will ship is clearly legible. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

           

          • Please keep a copy of your tracking information once you ship your return. We are not responsible for lost packages. You can ship your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
